The Kiteboard World Pro Tour will be touching down in Lanzarote for the first time ever this June. And is expected to attract an international field of top riders from around the world. With prize money of €40,000 up for grabs – along with much coveted points towards the overall series title.
Kitesurfing’s profile is growing apace both international and on the island and the addition of this new event to the island sporting calendar will only help to further enhance its growing reputation as a spectator sport.
The first Lanzarote Kiteboard Pro will be staged from June 1st to 6th at Famara in the north of the island. And is being organised in conjunction with La Santa Surf.
