A Fun Day has been organized, taking place this Saturday 7^th August at the Playa de los Pocillos in support of wounded British soldiers in Afghanistan. The event will be packed with activities and live music from 15.00 onwards, with plenty to entertain both children and adults. The event will go on into the night and all proceeds raised will go towards the Help for Heroes campaign.

Activities include face painting, a foam party, bouncy castles, pony rides, charity merchandise, food stalls, bars, raffles, auctions and a demonstration from the local fire brigade. Live music will be brought to this event by The Skatoons, Joy Council, Africa Yeah, The Soul Commitments, Naughty Boyz, Simply Wed and the Tareaways.
