All of the action is taking place from November 1^st to 7^th at Playa San Juan.  Which is located at the opposite end of the village of Caleta de Famara from the huge main beach.  With the event starting at each day at around 10.00 hours.

75,000 dollars worth of prize money as well as much-coveted slots on the surf world’s senior world tour are up for grabs.  And the event also features a full programme of supporting activities, encompassing live music, skateboarding and a beach football competition.

Highlights include the exhibition New Home being staged at the Museum of International and Contemporary Art in Arrecife.  Which explores the theme of the clash between modern and traditional lifestyles on Lanzarote.  And opens from next Tuesday the 20^th of October.

Along with the D-Quizio Concert, taking place on Saturday 31^st October in the , the waterside setting of El Charco in Arrecife.  Featuring a sundown DJ session from DJ Sinkro, Booby 242 and DJ Sur-Fer. At Bar La Miñoca in the Charco de San Gines, Arrecife.
