It’s party time on Lanzarote this month as the annual Carnival season gets underway. Starting a month of celebrations across the island.
Arrecife swings into action this weekend with the Carnaval theme dedicated to the memory of Michael Jackson. Costa Teguise´s Carnaval season got off to a colourful start this week.  With the unveiling of this years official Carnaval poster.  Designed by a talented local Austrian ex pat called Teresa Menzel, who works at Timafre Media in Costa Teguise.
Teresa beat of hundreds of other entries to come up with this eye catching creation, in a competition organised by the Ayuntamiento of Teguise.
